This SSHPS/C 2.5-6.0-100 is a high power symmetrical SPDT RF relay switch which is employed in communication systems where high power, low loss and excellent isolation are required. This high-power solid state switch operates across the 2500-6000 MHz range. Peak power out is 1.6kW maximum. This solid state switch operates from +28Vdc supply with 500mA maximum current draw. (Request SCD 70306 for all operating parameters). Unit operates from -40°C to +85°C up to 15,000 feet altitude. The solid state RF switching relay meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 213, Test Condition J (30G, 11mS, 18 Shocks – 3 in each of 6 axes). This high-power solid state relay switch meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 105C, Test Condition A.
