Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for answering phones.
• Maintains a positive image while greeting customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitors employee and customer parking within view from the lobby.
• Assists the FSO with ensuring government visitor requirements are adhered to.
• Ensures all visitors present authorized citizenship documentation or have been
authorized in advance.
• Maintains visitor citizenship database.
• Ensures visitors do not bring unauthorized media into the facility.
• Ensures Visitor Log is filled out accurately and completely.
• Ensures all employees follow visitor policy.
• Ensures all personnel entering the facility possess proper company issued
identification, to include employee and visitor badges.
• Ensures personnel are prohibited from entering the facility past the lobby if they do not possess proper company issued identification.
• Reports to the FSO any and all suspicious people, behaviors, and activities in and
around the facility as observed.
• Maintains the company “lost and found”, and notifies employees via email of
particular items of interest.
• Screens phone calls for solicitors for all employees.
• Maintains and orders office supplies, including break room items, as needed.
• Assists Security, Facilities, Accounting and Finance, Engineering, Material Control,
Program Management, Quality, Sales, IT, and Human Resources with data entry
tasks, as needed.
• Ensure company compliance with AS9100.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Good communication skills and attention to detail is required. Excellent customer service skills.

Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Must have the ability to multi-task.

Computer Skills:
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point), Internet software and E-mail.
