Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assists with allocation and utilization of space and resources for re-organizing current premises, if necessary.
• Ensures compliance with all required local, state, and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities in a safe and effective manner.
• Contributes ideas for cost savings.
• Assists with all required facilities inspections.
• Performs much of the maintenance and repairs in the building and on equipment when necessary.
• Responds promptly to employee facilities requests.
• Monitors and supports compliance with appropriate safety plans and procedures.
• Completes all administrative duties and other projects as required.
• Ensures company compliance with AS9100 standards.

Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• MUST have 2 to 5 years’ experience.
• Strong attention to detail
• Good work ethic and team player.
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

Must be a US Person.
